Quote request

Describe the work and a service partner will price it

Sending the form does not commit you to anything. You decide after you see the scope and the quote.

Ad work is easier to quote when the request covers three things: the offer, the audience and the current setup. The offer is what someone gets when they respond. The audience is who you want to reach and where they are in the US. The current setup is what is already running, and what is going wrong with it.

Write those down in the notes box, even roughly. A service partner uses them to work out which channel fits, how much setup is involved and what ongoing management would look like. The quote you receive comes from that partner directly.

Details worth including

If you only have a minute, cover the first three. The rest help with a fuller quote.

  • The service from the list on this site
  • Your website and what it sells
  • The email address for the reply
  • Ad accounts you already have
  • Analytics and tag setup
  • Your CRM, help desk or lead inbox
  • Who answers new inquiries and how
  • Anything a previous provider left unfinished

What happens after you send it

Your request goes to a service partner who does this kind of work. The partner reads it and replies to the email you gave, usually with a few questions about your offer, budget and current setup. If a conversation would help, the partner may suggest a short call at a time that suits you.

Once the partner understands the job, you get a written proposal covering scope, what you provide, how reporting works and the fees. Ad spend is normally paid by you directly to the ad platform and listed apart from management fees. Nothing is agreed until you accept a proposal.
